Join us for our annual Welcome the Whales Festival and Parade!
Each spring, a small group of gray whales, affectionately known as The Sounders, returns to Puget Sound to feed on ghost shrimp. Some of these amazing animals migrate up to 12,000 miles round trip every year! Please join us on April 12th and 13th to welcome them back. Saturday April 12th boasts various activities and parade throughout downtown Langley. Join the Langley Whale Center on Sunday April 13th for a historical Gray Whale presentation and whale watch. This presentation will be hybrid in-person and virtual. Sign-up on organizer’s website.
