The Oak Harbor Music Festival is held Friday, Saturday and Sunday before Labor Day in Historic Downtown Oak Harbor.  The 2019 festival runs from August 30 through September 1. Orca Network – Connecting whales and people in the Pacific Northwest. Projects include the Whale Sighting Network, Educational Programs, the Central Puget Sound Marine Mammal Stranding Network, the campaign to retire Lolita/Tokitae, the last survivor of the orcas captured in Penn Cove, and the Langley Whale Center.
