The mission of Earth Sanctuary is to create a sacred space that restores and protects the natural habitat and provides an inspiring place for personal renewal and spiritual growth. A 500-year plan is in place to restore Earth Sanctuary to mature old-growth forest with maximum diversity of birds, wildlife and plants. Spiritually inspired eco-art creates an environment for people to experience peacefulness, mindfulness and be inspired to pray and meditate.
The Island Church of Whidbey is part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance network, a global evangelical Protestant denomination. What we believe motivates and inspires us every day. We believe that Jesus is the Christ, God incarnate. Because lost people matter to God, He came in human form to sacrifice Himself, once for all, that we might not perish but have eternal life.
With approximately 200 active members, an experienced Board of Directors, and dynamic Visitor Center that promotes commerce in Langley and Whidbey Island, we are here to support your business dreams.
