Whidbey Island Language, Art, & Stem Center

Whidbey Island Language, Art, and Stem Center (WILASC) provides languages, art, and STEM education for children and adults. They offer indoor and nature-based camps in languages, art, and STEM on beautiful Whidbey Island every summer.

WILASC was founded by Whidbey’s parents and teachers who are passionate about education, and who feel that such a learning space is necessary for local youth. They’re committed to giving children a fun and engaging learning environment where they can explore their interests and develop new skills in languages, STEM, and the arts. Though diverse in nature, the programs are guided by the same criteria: to nurture students’ intellectual curiosity, develop their critical thinking skills and a global mindset, and inspire their lifelong love of learning. Located at the South Whidbey Community Center.
