Whidbey Island Arts Council

Whidbey Island Arts Council (WIAC) assists local artists and arts organizations by providing advice, financial aid and sponsorship; and to encourage arts education at all levels and increased community awareness of and support for the arts and culture of Whidbey Island. WIAC fosters local artists and arts organizations through grants, fiscal management, and sponsorship to provide outreach and awareness of the arts and culture on Whidbey Island. They have a membership, programs, workshops, a directory, and classes open to all.
