Wildly Beloved Foods Cooking Classes – Fresh Potato Gnocchi

Learn the art of pasta making with workshops at the Wildly Beloved Foods Marketplace and Studio. Register for one of our classes instructed by founding owner Aurora Echo. Each workshop includes wine pairing, light charcuterie, and fresh pasta tasting Choose your favorite themes including: a simple pasta, egg pasta, spinach pasta and stuffed pasta. Inquire about private events! Friend events, birthdays, family gatherings, corporate team-building, and just for group foodie fun.

Learn to make beautiful and delicious fresh pasta the way the Italians make it, using the finest organic Italian semolina flour and water. Depending on the class, ingredients could include organic whole eggs and organic spinach as well. In this two to three hour class, you’ll learn how to make pasta dough and use a hand-cranked pasta machine to form shapes like fettuccine, tagliolini, and lasagna sheets. We also offer popular classes to hand make ravioli, tortelloni and other traditional shapes from different regions of Italy. Expect a fun and hands-on class. And the best part? All of the pasta you make, you can take home and enjoy!
