Island Transit

Share Your Voice: Help Shape Island Transit’s Future

The Chamber is excited to share an opportunity for the community to make a meaningful impact on Island Transit’s services! From May 1st through May 30th, Island Transit is conducting a community survey to gather valuable feedback from residents.

This is your chance to influence the future of public transportation on the island, helping Island Transit better serve the needs of our community. Whether you’re a daily rider, an occasional user, or someone with great ideas for improving local transit, your input is vital.

How to Participate

  • Online: Scan the QR code available at various high-traffic locations around Island County to conveniently take the survey online.
  • In-Person: Paper surveys are available at the Langley Visitor Center and neighboring Chamber offices across Whidbey Island, where completed forms will be securely stored until the survey closes on May 30th.

This survey is part of a multi-year project aimed at enhancing Island Transit’s services. The first phase involves updating bus shelters at busy areas across Island County. The options presented in this survey are concepts, so please keep in mind that while your feedback is crucial, the final outcomes may differ from these initial ideas.

Spread the Word

The Chamber encourages everyone to share this opportunity with family, friends, and neighbors. The more responses Island Transit receives, the more representative and impactful the improvements can be.

Join us in supporting Island Transit as they work toward a brighter future for public transportation on the island! Let’s come together to make a difference.
