Lunar New Year Celebration on South Whidbey

Saturday, February 7th  ~  2:30 – 5:30 p.m. @ Bayview Hall

Lunar New Year is celebrated by over a billion Asians around the world. Whidbey Island Language, Art & STEM Center (WILASC) would like to invite you to our
annual Lunar New Year celebration 2026- Year of the Horse.

✔️ Dragon dance (with local children participating)
✔️ Dumpling-making workshop
✔️ Calligraphy
✔️ Lunar New Year crafts
✔️ Traditional Games
✔️ Storytime about Lunar New Year
✔️ Lucky Draw
✔️ Delicious Asian cuisine sold on-site from local Asian restaurant THE TOP

This is a volunteer-led, donation-based event. Everyone is welcome to attend
(Please RSVP so we can prepare enough treats and craft supplies!)
Donations appreciated, but not a must.

*** VOLUNTEERS NEEDED*** If you would like to volunteer for this event, please
contact WILASC (hello@wilasc.com). We can offer certificate of volunteer for high
school students upon request.
