The Island Jazz Collective takes the WICA Mainstage for the first time after more than a decade of performing across Whidbey Island. A favorite at festivals, wineries, restaurants, and WICA’s Summer Nights series, the ensemble brings together some of the island’s finest jazz musicians for an evening of familiar standards, soulful vocals, and exceptional musicianship.

The current lineup features Don Wodjenski on tenor saxophone, Bob Wagner and Garrett Poteat on piano, Baz Stevens on double bass, Hugh Gerrard on electric bass, Bruce Towne and Vince Johnston on drums, and vocalist Window Goya. With a repertoire designed to keep audiences tapping their feet and enjoying every moment, the Island Jazz Collective celebrates the timeless appeal of live jazz in an intimate concert setting.
