Expressing Gratitude in a Workshop at the Whidbey Institute

An Expressive Arts Writing Workshop with facilitator
and Whidbey Institute Poet Laureate Mary Elizabeth Himes.
Sunday, November 8th ~ 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. in Thomas Berry Hall at the Whidbey Institute.
This workshop is for all people ages 18+.

Join us for a day of GRATITUDE. We will use Sound, Light,
Motion and Love to bring forth our expressions through the Ekphrastic
model of expressive writing.

$40 includes lunch

During our time together we will explore expressive writing through emotional connection of self to gain self-awareness and increase levels of communicating emotions in written and verbal forms and to find and release tension in the mind, body, and spirit.
