Wednesday, November 11th @ 11 a.m.
WICA Mainstage | $20
Curated by renowned Choctaw and Cherokee artist Jeffrey Gibson, An Indigenous Present is the Frye Art Museum’s major fall exhibition, opening November 7 and showcasing the work of dozens of contemporary Native American artists. We’ll celebrate Native Heritage Month by letting Rebecca introduce us to the exhibit and to the startling variety of ways these artists enfold their traditional cultures in modern materials and meanings.
