Eligibility: Employees and immediate family members of the Langley Chamber of Commerce are not eligible to enter.


Contest Period: The contest begins on 11/22/23 and ends on 12/22/23. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.


How to Enter: Participants must fill out THIS form. entry form constitutes one entry into the contest. ONLY ONE ENTRY PERMITTED PER PERSON.


Prize: One winner will receive a $500 shopping spree given in form of check made out to the winner. The prize is non-transferable.


Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a new winner.


General Conditions: The Langley Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Langley Chamber of Commerce.


Liability: The Langley Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.


Data Protection and Privacy: By entering this contest, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information to process and contact them about their contest entry.


Governing Law: This contest is governed by local and state law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Island County.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Langley Chamber of Commerce as final and binding as they relate to the content of this campaign.
