Have you wondered what to do if you come across a stranded seal\, sea lion\, pup\, whale\, dolphin\, or porpoise? Join Garry Heinrich to learn about the marine mammals of the Salish Sea and what to do when you find a marine mammal on the beach. \nGarry is the Response Coordinator and Investigator for the Central Puget Sound Marine Mammal Stranding Network. He currently holds a 200-ton masters license and works part time as a Captain on west coast tall ships. He has been a marine mammal keeper/vet aide at Marineland of the Pacific in California and has taught marine science at the Los Angeles Maritime Institute.
