DESCRIPTION:Folk Machine on Whidbey Island \nSeattle’s newest folk-roots trio are playing two shows on Whidbey Island.\nCome for an evening of eclectic tunes ranging from political folk to soul music\,\na cappella songs and ballads\, with spine-tingling harmonies. \nSaturday\, September 26th\, Ott & Hunter Tasting Room at 7 p.m.\n(reservations encouraged) \nAbout the Artists:\nMichael Laslett has a beautiful voice and guitar style equally suited to love songs\, sing-a-longs and social justice anthems. He has performed around the country at music festivals and countless union meetings\, picket lines and social justice gatherings. \nMiriam Anderson started studying voice and percussion at the age of 10.
