Full menu coming soon! \nPhilip Van Seters is a guitarist/singer/songwriter and recent transplant to South Whidbey Island. Originally from Montreal\, Canada where he earned his undergraduate degree in music from Concordia University\, Philip now performs locally around the PNW.
