This conversation invites participants to reflect on their own experiences of belonging and to consider how much of our modern distress may be rooted not in personal failure\, but in disconnection. \nDrawing on the work of Healing Circles Langley\, the presentation introduces a gentle\, community-based model of peer listening and quiet witnessing.
