DESCRIPTION:Whidbey Island Dance Theatre invites community members ages 6–96 to audition for roles in its beloved holiday tradition\, The Nutcracker\, now in its 33rd year. No dance experience needed—WIDT provides the training\, costumes\, and plenty of festive fun. Auditions take place Sunday\, Sept. 7\, 2025\, at Island Dance & Gymnastics\, 714 Camano Ave.\, Langley. Roles range from elves and woodland creatures to soldiers and family members. Rehearsals run weekends October–December\, with performances ending Dec. 21.
