Orca Network/Langley Whale Center

The Langley Whale Center shares excitement about the whales and marine mammals who are our neighbors and provides visitors and residents a chance to learn more about the endangered Southern Resident orcas who visit our area each fall and winter. Learn about the North Puget Sound Gray Whales, a small, unique population who find sustenance in the waters of the Saratoga Passage and Possession Sound every March through May. Learn about the whales and marine mammals of the Salish Sea, check out books from their Marine Lending Library, watch films, talk to our volunteer docents, and shop in the gift shop before you leave. Don’t forget to visit the giant whale sighting map inside the store!

The Langley Whale Center is a project of Orca Network, based on Whidbey Island, WA.  Orca Network is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the whales of the Pacific Northwest, and the importance of providing them healthy and safe habitats.
