Whidbey Art Gallery is excited to have Paula Pugh as Guest Artist in January. She says
‘For about 20 years I have been collecting unique decorative papers and making greeting cards for friends. Then in August, I met Cheryl Brown, a local paper collage artist, and she sparked a passion for creating birds out of my beautiful paper collection.’
