Blooms Winery

Blooms 5511 Bistro is a unique dining experience with a full winery on site, a beautiful setting among the lovely gardens. Everything is made in house, from smoked meats to vinaigrettes, desserts, soups and sauces. Their wines are award winning and exquisite. The Blooms culinary team is lead by Chef Kyle O’Neill with sous Daniel Lynds, along with assistants Catherine Ballestrasse and Maalik Heino. Together they prepare wonderfully creative, healthy, and delicious meals. Pastry Chef Virginia Bloom cures sweet cravings and winemaker Ken Bloom adds those luscious wines to the mix.

Blooms grows most of their herbs, many vegetables and fruits, and also supports local farmers including 3 Sisters Family Farm, Mukilteo Coffee Roasters, Penn Cove Shellfish, Bell’s Farm, and the Organic Farm School.

Their take-out menu includes many specials, basics, and a few “Pantry” cook at home frozen items. All pair well with Blooms fine wines. Order online


Wednesday and Thursday (dinner seating from 4 – 6:30pm), Friday & Saturday (serving lunch Noon – 3pm, seating for dinner 4 – 7:30pm), Sunday (serving lunch Noon – 3pm & seating for dinner 4 – 6:30pm). Enjoy live music during Saturday dinner 5:30 – 7:30pm. Wine tasting is available during any of our open hours. Take out service available, pick up hours are Wednesday & Thursday 4 – 6:30pm and Friday, Saturday & Sunday 1 pm – 6:30 pm.
